A boy is dating a girl, the boy is 19 and the girl is 15. This is illegal why? This makes no since love honestly has no age. In many countries this law does not exist. Maybe because love is real in other countries but America with all its laws that make no since is making this illegal for us?
I understand at the age of 16 you can technically date a person of any age with consent of your guardian. But what if they don’t think its right? I myself believe my family will never like anyone I date due to they still don’t want me to grow up, and if my parents knew the age(s) of these boys they really wouldn’t like it (range of ages 17-19).
I myself believe this law should no longer be in affect and I want to do something about it.
We as just one person in the 301,139,947 people in the United States can really make a difference. Just 5,000 signatures on this petition can change America for a life time and let us love no matter what the age.
