Liquor License for Chicago Tap House

Chicago Tap House is a family owned and operated restaurant at 1140 W. Madison in the West Loop. It is an entity I, Daniel Deutscher have created to build out an American style fare restaurant and tap in West Loop.

Chicago Tap is a food focused full service restaurant with many amenities for the single person to the married with kids. An array of options from gluten free to vegetarian to healthy kids’ options all the way to stuffed burgers will be available for consumption daily. We will provide lunch, dinner, late night appetizers and weekend brunch. Besides the extensive menu options, the building has been refurbished to perfectly fit the refined rustic décor and vintage industrial elements.

Reclaimed wood from the building is being reconstructed as the tables, chairs and décor elements. A mix of the existing brick interior with the original refinished hardwood floors will build a feeling of warmth to keep patrons relaxed and happy. The use of rustic and old-fashioned fixtures in the booths and the 16’ ceilings will also offer a feeling of comfort for all the residents of West Loop. Chicago Tap House is not looking to turn a profit from the United Center but to become a staple of the community. An establishment like CTH is not just a place to eat and drink but a forum for social interaction and community building.

I will sponsor activities like “get to know your neighbor,” “Monday Movie Night,” “Cartoon Brunch” (Kids under 5 eat free and a face painting too) and many more. Chicago Tap wants to embrace the community and create a loyalty to one another by sponsoring softball, kickball, basketball and even dodge ball leagues for adults and youths plus hold fundraisers for charity events for non for profits. I vow to impact the community in a positive manor and to always be serving the communities interests. Please help me in completing my dream and thank you for your support.
