LGBTQ discrimination is increasingly becoming a problem in our society today especially in the work force. This is a big issue as our world is becoming more diverse with different races, sexual preference's and more. People of the LGBTQ community should not appear odd, different or even new to people, it's normal and should remain that way. Right now all over the world LGBTQ people only earn a minimum of O.68 cents for every dollar that a heterosexual makes even though they're qualifications are equal or sometimes even better. 21% of LGBTQ people report being discriminated against a hiring, promotion, or even pay due to they're sexual preference's. Overall, LGBTQ discrimination is unacceptable and needs to be dealt with.
We, the undersigned; call upon those in the workforce to encourage and apply consequences for those discriminating against others with different sexual preferences or those who identify in the LGBTQ community.
