The 2 car parks on Edgar Mobbs way, are allocated for parking for the saints rugby club, they are mostly unused and floodlit at night.
Centrally located, but in a non residential area, these large car parks are ideal for learner drivers to get the basic skills, before going on the road.
We, the undersigned, call upon the Northampton Borough Council, to let us learn the basics of driving on the unused car parks on the Edgar Mobbs Way, so that we can learn to drive without the pressures of impatient drivers on our roads today.
