Legalized Gambling

To the state of Tennessee, Governor’s office, & all applicable delegates who ensure our well being, welfare, & longevity as a people and/or citizenry in the nation. I am writing a letter of interest to you all that includes personal as well as professional supportive data in a collective effort to institutionalize, establish, and/or promote the legalization of gambling here in the State of Tennessee as issued under federal law in comparative to various states that allow for gambling to exist within its borderlands. Studies have shown that gambling can be profitable for commercial user purposes as well as for leisure activity for consumers who engage in these activities. The growing popularity of gambling in other states have shown an influx of revenue gain in a myriad of ways. From the monies invested in local casino owners alongside the active participation of the community it not only draws legal currencies to the state level but also the federal level. According to recent data in certain studies 32.4% of gambling is traced to casino gambling and is expecting to double in the next five (5) years. With considerable attention paid toward various studies and under regulatory enforcement it would not only catapult a upward spiral for companies involved, but also create a more festive atmosphere for local citizens who show interest in the likes of such. With petitions to help further an active successful industry, we could streamline gambling in its highest possible form by providing a more efficient way of making money for the state for tourism purposes, extra curricular activity, development opportunities, and other beneficiaries that lead to the furtherance of the State of Tennessee. Partnering with other local businesses in our current venue (I.e. hotel industry executives, restaurant, sports commissions, & other forms of nightlife) it could serve very lucrative for upcoming businesses who bring legalized gambling markets to the state along with local entrepreneurs who would like to invest in their own business as well. The opportunity offered to individuals who participate in this industry is presented in the form of a new leisurely lifestyle marginalized by their constituents in rare form. This also includes the ability to earn an income for the employed at such companies that look to generate revenue in a competitive marketplace environment.
