We are so against child abuse, yet the largest form of it is passed through our court systems daily, here are just two of them.
Parental Alienation..
Parental alienation is the process, and the result, of psychological manipulation of a child into showing unwarranted fear, disrespect or hostility towards a parent and/or other family members.
Or maybe
Malicious Mother Syndrome...
When this syndrome occurs, a divorced or divorcing parent seeks to punish the other parent, sometimes going far enough as to harm or deprive their children in order to make the other parent look bad. Though most commonly called Malicious Mother Syndrome, both mothers and fathers both be capable.
Both sound the same to me.
Let's stop it now and make 50/50 Custody arrangements mandatory, make 50/50 Parental Rights & Co-parenting mandatory making separated parents obide by the law rather then their own personal feeling towards their former partner.
