A new design has been unveiled for the Sterling coins. I feel it is a loss of our history, the symbol of Britannia has been on sterling since 1672. To change that tradition now would be a loss of heratige and a great shame.
I see no need to change the coins as I consider them well founded on the tradition of our country.
Britannia rules the waves!
We, the undersigned, call on the Royal Mint to scrap the new sterling design and keep the Britannia symbol on our coins.
