KEEP OUR GRANDFATHER'S MURDERER IN PRISON

Help us in keeping a Murderer behind bars.

Our Grandfather Thomas Hollywood was murdered in cold blood along with Ms. Beatrice Eagan. He was a retired NYC Police Officer. Who gave 23 years of service to NYC. After Leaving New York he took a part time job as a shopkeeper in Holiday Fl. On Feb 10, 1981 John Blasi shot our grandfather in a parking lot, An after leaving him there to die Mrs Eagan (a waitress at the Fat Boy BBQ next door) ran to help a dying man as he said, "It hurts. It hurts. It hurts so bad". However Blasi circled back to make sure our Grandfather was dead. Shooting him a second time. Along with Mrs. Eagan.

What happened next was a tiny but horrific mistake:
The jurors checked the wrong box on the 18-page verdict form, instead convicting Blasi of two counts of ATTEMPTED murder.
The jurors signed a letter saying they made a mistake.
But the judge said no. The jury had already been discharged.
The judge did what he could and sentenced Blasi to 203 years in prison.
That was meant to keep Blasi incarcerated for LIFE.

Nadine Hollywood (his wife) who passed away in 2009. Reminded her Daughter's and Grandchildren to always fight at the parole hearings in Tallahassee.
"Do not let him get out," were the words she said.
