Contrary to what we were promised upon signing a three-year lease at Lacabana for our Gelato shop, the manager has notified us that they will not be able to provide us with a sufficient space at the end of our lease. They are in the midst of renovations and no set plans yet so anything can be arranged. The owners have expressed that we are the best thing in a long time that has happened to this resort and we are being pushed out because of Design. As owners ourselves we have to agree we provide an amazing experience to all our members and many that come join us from everywhere else on the island. We also provide excellent rental revenue to Lacabana.
We the undersigned want Gelateria Italiana to remain at LaCabana resort at the end of their lease. A sufficient space should be provided to them in order to function as they are.
