On March 7, 2015 I found evidence to eventually lead the arrest finally on September 14th, 2015 of Don (Brad) Howard. He was charged with a felony 2 on creation of child pornography and a felony 5 of Voyuerism... he will be released this year (early release) and moving here to Findlay, Ohio with his mother. This will be 5 mins away from the victim.
Please sign the petition to keep the sex offender out of Findlay so the victim (youth) has no more fears.
Please sign my petition to try to stop the courts, prosecutor, defense attorney and his probation officer to allow him to live so close to his victim, whom was 12 yrs old around the time of offence.
