Brothers Orson West, 3, and Orrin West, 4, were reported missing on Dec. 21 in California City, Kern County, about 100 miles north of Los Angeles. Jacqueline and Trezell West, their adoptive parents, said the boys vanished from the backyard, possibly roaming into the California desert.
With no arrests and knowledge of the adoptive parents relatives working in cps and other areas. The amount of rumours related to kern county and possible coverups. The sex trafficking in the area being at a high level. The slow progress and limited manpower we would like this case looking at, reviewed/ investigated by an outside source or state
