On September 4, 2007 my neighbor's Pitt Bull came into my yard and proceeded to take my Chinese Pug dog off his chain and drag him into the back yard.
There in the back yard he proceeded to kill him.
We, the dog owners of this county, call on the county to dispose of dogs that attack and or harm other animals and or persons.
