Our father Robert (Bob) Tangeman was killed Wednesday Sept 20th. Charges are not going to be filed against the driver of the vehicle, because the Polk County Prosecutor does not feel that an un-licensed & uninsured person commits a crime when they get behind the wheel of a vehicle and proceed to hit an innocent citizen killing them.
We want to let our elected officials know that this is a crime and should be punished. You may find more details about this crime at www.justice4bob.com .

We the undersigned call on the Iowa law makers and enforcers to file charges against Katie Jo Shafer in the death of Robert Wayne Tangeman and to enact laws to protect our citizens so the next victim's family does not have to wage this fight while they are grieving.
