We received a letter from the Colorado Department of Corrections Victim Services Unit, that this offender (Kenneth Eastridge DOC # 143705) is about to be referred for Community Corrections (half-way house) And if accepted the offender may be accepted into the intensive supervision program (ISP) which will mean he will be allowed to have his own apartment and live freely in the community with only an ankle bracelet!

ONCE AGAIN WE, (THE FAMILY OF ARMY SPC. KEVIN RYAN SHIELDS) ARE ASKING FOR YOUR HELP! KEVIN WAS MURDERED BY THREE OF HIS UNIT MEMBERS ON DECEMBER 1ST 2007, HE WAS STATIONED AT FT. CARSON, IN COLORADO SPRINGS. ALL THREE WERE CONVICTED AND SENTENCED.
NOW ONE OF THE THREE, KENNETH L. EASTRIDGE, IS ATTEMPTING TO BE PLACED IN A HALF-WAY HOUSE AND WOULD THEN BE ABLE TO ASK FOR “INTENSIVE SUPERVISION” IF THAT IS ALLOWED TO HAPPEN HE WOULD BE ABLE TO GET HIS OWN APARTMENT AND LIVE FREELY IN THE COMMUNITY WITH ONLY AN ANKLE BRACELET! THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS SENTENCED TO 10 YEARS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, FOR ACCESSORY TO MURDER IN THE SHOOTING DEATH OF KEVIN SHIELDS, WITH HIS FIRST PAROLE ELIGIBILITY NOT BEING UNTIL MARCH OF 2012!
