Too many kids today are running amok in society and should face tougher punishments instead of a caution or in a lot of cases, deferred community sentences or early release for good behaviour.
This is no deterrent whatsoever for them, and many just go out committing more crimes.
We, the undersigned, call on the Prime Minister to take tough action on the youth today who persistently flout the law, as asbos are shown not to work in all cases.
The best way forward is to simply introduce the American style 'boot-camps' which have proven to be a very effective deterrent to youth crime in the US, and one which no doubt should be adopted in the UK.
