Install Water Fountain and Yearly Weed Maintenance around Lake

The purpose of this petition is to record the support of the residents of the Battleground Community "Villas" Homeowners, built by Hallmark Homes, whose homes are close to / near the man made lake behind both East Parsonage Road and Vancleve Road and to require the installation of a water fountain for the purpose of recycling and creating water movement in the lake to avoid build up of bacteria, slush, mosquitoes and ticks.

In addition we the homeowners also request a yearly weed clean up between the homes and the lake each year to maintain the views, lake health and stabilize a safe environment free from potentially hazardous diseases transmitted by ticks.

The lack of a water fountain adjacent to the Battleground 15th green as well as continually growing weeds and weed trees obstructing backyard views from homeowners , is unsightly and the homeowners wish for Hallmark Homes and/or the Battleground Country Club to facilitate the installation of a water fountain as well as a yearly weed maintenance clean up commitment on behalf of the homeowners.

Petition:

We, the undersigned, being homeowners in the VILLAS Battleground Community call on the builder Hallmark Homes and the Battle ground Country Club to install an appropriate water fountain and yearly weed cleanup agreement/commitment for the Battleground Villas homeowners community. We propose the water fountain installed before the Township delivers the bond back to Hallmark Homes. We request a legal agreement signed by Battleground Country Club for yearly weed cleanup each Spring be signed and added to the Association by laws.

By signing below, and completing the "In Favor" section, we request Hallmark Homes and the Battleground Country Club to comply with the above requests.
