#Fathers rights
Target:
The governor of illinois
Region:
United States of America

In the state of Illinois a if a man does not marry a woman but has children with her, he has no parental rights until a judge says so. Even if he signed the birth certificate and was there for the kids. The mother assumes full custody and gets to make every choice. Some fathers are not bad a deserve a chance. Illinois state laws give a father little to no chance to survive with the amount of child support and or even give him enough days to see his kids. Like myself I don’t agree with every other weekend. That would mean he gets to see his kids up to 6 days a month. 6 out of 30!! How can you be a parent. Give certain circumstances a father should be limited but the laws need to change to help give dads a actual fighting chance. Help me send this to the governor and make parental rights equal 100%

We whom have signed are calling on Illinois law makers and the governor to agree that the fathers rights laws in the state of Illinois are not equal and should be revamped to give a father same amount of rights as mother from birth regardless of marriage. If he has signed the papers and helped raise the children he should be given his rights! #FathersRights!
