NYCHA has recently revised the guidelines for the usage of the Tenant Participation Funds. Resident Leaders have requested a member from H.U.D. familiar with the correct guidelines on the appropriate alloctions and usage of the Tenant Participation Funds meet with the resident leaders and provide the guidelines, as oppose to NYCHA staff and their interpretation of T.P.A. Usage.
The New York City Housing Authority Resident Leaders are requesting a Housing Urban Development Staff Member with strong familiarization with the H.U.D. 964 regulations and Tenant Participation Funding appropriate allocations meet with the entire Resident Leadership and clarify the proper funding usage based on H.U.D. guidelines.
We are also requesting intervention by our duly elected officials to assist in this matter. The Federal Government wrote the policies, therefore we request a member of the Federal Government to address this issue and provide clarification on the guidelines.
