It seems that Henry Winter has a long held dislike for Manchester City football club, its owners, its board and the supporters of this great football club.
He has recently moved beyond polemic reporting and into abusive, character assassination apparently safe in the assumption that no one will act against him.
His words have no basis in fact, are driven by his own warped sense of values and it appears more important to him to focus his energies on attacking MCFC than on offering accurate reports on the available details.
We, the undersigned are seeking a full apology from Henry Winter for his inaccurate, abusive and cowardly attack on Manchester City FC, its fans and most importantly the owner, chairman and chief executive.
We find the words he has recently been using and the anti-Manchester City agenda he holds wholly distasteful and will not support in any way the newspaper he is employed by, or any products associated with his content until such a public apology is made.
Further we consider Henry Winter as persona non grata until such an apology is made.
