Just to let everyone know there is a petition circulating thru out the county concerning the closing of Cordova School of special needs.It's purpose is to make the local school board aware of the county citizens concerns. PARENTS AND PUBLIC PLEASE PULL TOGETHER AND LET OUR VOICES BE HEARD THAT THIS IS NOT GOOD AND WE DO NOT WANT THIS FOR OUR CHILDREN...THEY ARE IN A SAFE AND FAMILIAR ENVIROMENT SURROUNDED BY FACULTY THEY ARE LOVED BY AND THAT THEY LOVE AND TRUST...THEY HAVE FREEDOM TO WALK AROUND THEIR OWN SCHOOL WITH THEIR PEERS IN SAFETY. THEY HAVE NO OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES FOR THEM WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SPECIAL OLYMPICS. PLEASE SHARE THIS AND GET THE WORD OUT TO PARENTS SO WE CAN BAN TOGETHER FOR OUR CHILDREN..............THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP...OUR CHILDREN ARE OUR MOST VALUED ASSET AND THESE KIDS ARE THE MOST VUNERABLE .....WE HAVE TO BE THEIR ADVOCATES AND THEIR VOICES........
