Help us get lockers for our High School

At the school I attend, South High School, we are not provided with lockers. We have a small section of lockers but they are only for students with back problems.

Those who don't have back problems will soon develop them. Our classrooms do not have class sets, and wouldn't it be cheaper to pay for lockers once than pay for twice as many textbooks every time we get new ones?

Now you say well use a rolling backpack. My school is in a low budget neighborhood, not every student at my school can afford one. Also they can become a nuisance in the narrow aisles in class.
