Help to save the unique Azov horses

I address to the world community of horse lovers– and not only horses but all animals friends.

I have got horses - the remains of unique collective-farm steppe herd which was in the 90-th years slaughtered in a mean way – the horses were penned into an enclosure and shot – without the right to survive – old and small. He peeled carcasses were brought to a meat factory and the killers rejoiced at the revenue. They killed horses who could become «the Pearl of Don» - because of that unique silver skin flayed by butchers.

In Russia there is no horse breeding classification of their colors at all. In the USA, for example, there are such saddle horses (a horse of the Rocky Mountains). In Russia there are only unit representatives of this breed, including that are bought from us. Nobody selected them – they were born such as they are. It is a gift of the nature, which wasn’t appreciated by man once again and has been destroyed in pursuit of a profit.

I still had the carriers of this gene. These are silvery horses: Silver-and-black and Silver dapple. In that previous herd there were also Lavenders. I have such a stallion, but, unfortunately only with a pink nuance.

Until it's too late it is possible to restore population. But I’m compelled to sell them. Many already have been sold out – otherwise we should die of hunger long ago.

But the nest of silver dapple horses remained.

The Azov (local) administration attempted to sell our horses through the court. Now they will get not meat – but land. The result will be the same. We are slanged by mud due to benefit of any administrative resources being at disposal of power figures. There are no prohibitions and no conscience in the profit-hunting. It is necessary to guess - for whose sake?

I am a simple person and I already have no forces to fight against existing state system.

I have no stable source of existence, no salary - and consequently no pension provisions, no medical insurance, no holidays and even no days off.

Once I was a trainer at the equestrian school. Now I am deprived of my rights to work. Al that I undertake is only attempt to keep life to myself and my animals – and these possibilities are very limited.

Naturally, I have no means to employ some personal for help and consequently I must to work as a supplier (awful), a carpenter (awful too), a loader, a groom… and everything what my horses need at a moment. I have no money even for creation of stable food supply.

I ask all not indifferent people to join to our call for help, to support my petition to the president of Russia Mr. Putin for possibility to survive and keep the rare population of Russia silvery horses.
