Savannah Talley is your average 8 year old little girl. On March 31, 2015 she went to school like any other day. While at school, Savannah had a seizure. An ambulance was called and she was rushed to a local hospital. She was then sedated and life flighted to Egleston Children's Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. In the weeks since this started Savannah has had several tests including two different spinal taps. At this point in time the doctors have been unable to find a diagnosis. She has had several thousand seizures.

Currently despite being in a medically induced coma that should stop all brain activity she is suffering from up to 600 seizures a day. The hospital has tried every known medication to help her including a trial drug called Allegprognanolone or Sage 547 for short. Nothing has worked long term to stop her seizures. Her liver is now no longer functioning at 100% because of the large amount of drugs she has received. Her last hope is to try the use of Cannabis oil that was recently approved by the GA legislators. The hospital board has denied all use of this drug within the hospital.

The use of Cannabis oil has proven to be very effective in helping treat pediatric seizures. Please help us get Savannah the help she needs!

Here is a success story very similar to Savannah's story. Cannabis oil saved his life. Savannah deserves that same chance. https://youtu.be/FuNn5x0UVMQ

We, the undersigned, call on the Emory Hospital Board to allow the use of cannabis oil to treat Savannah Talley and save her life.
