Andover has needed a new dog park for a long time, and we are a group of Andover/Wichita citizens who want the local dogs to have a good time.
We, the signers, call on the Andover City Council to update the dog park. The current park is old and rusty, and it needs to be renewed. A group of Andover/Wichita citizens is in the process of raising money for this problem. Please consider updating the park.
