Gun Rights and Ammunition Control

This Petition is about saving lives. We the people in the United States of America are asking congress to pass a new bill that enforces new background checks for all gun ammunition. This background check goes for any age of ammunition including black powder, shell casings, bullets with or without gun powder preloaded, and self loading ammunition equipment that can be purchased for in home or business use to make his/her own ammunition. These background checks MUST be conducted anytime an individual or group buys ammunition no matter how big or how small the order is. A single (1) bullet being purchased MUST include a background check for everyone at the FBI level. This background check at the very least MUST condone anyone with a Felony Record be denied owning, trading or purchasing ammunition.
