There is no denying of the fact that the modern era is facing the problem of pollution. The industries that brought prosperity and affluence, made inroads in the biosphere and disturbed the ecological balances. The pall of smoke, the swirling gases, industrial effluents and the fall-out of scientific experiments became constant health hazards, polluting and contaminating the air. Although, Industries are not the only source of pollution but, nevertheless, it cannot be denied that these industries have remained a major contributor in polluting the environment. The adverse effects of the industrial pollution cannot be overlooked as it has affected the life of each & everyone.
People of Delhi are the worst sufferers amongst all. The children these days are facing the respiratory issues bringing into light the need to curb this evil disaster (i.e. pollution). The toxic gases released by the factories, situated in the residential area, are damaging the health of the people. Ask the people of Delhi what is the most disturbing thing in this city that has taken over their lives and is dangerous for their upcoming generation - U will get the same answer from almost each & everyone as I am not the only sufferer.
So keeping it short, I would like to plea to our Chief Minister Mr. ARVIND KEJRIWAL to take some stringent steps in this regard and once again become a role model and a hero of people of Delhi. Odd - even scheme introduced by Mr. Arvind Kejriwal to curb the pollution was admired by everyone. So, I urge to Delhi's State Government on behalf of all the citizens of Delhi to take necessary steps in this regard ASAP.
Steps such as shifting or relocating the industries from residential area to approved industrial area such as Narela, Bawana, Mangolpuri & etc. will be an effective remedy ( as the same was done by our ex-Chief Minister Ms.Sheila Dikshit in the early 2000). Making laws on how to dispose off the industrial waste will also contribute towards the green environment.
I request all the people of Delhi to support me in this noble cause of making the Delhi more greener & pollution free than before as it is rightly said - "United we stand, Divided we fall".
Please don't do it for me but do it for yourself and your family, as it is a high time that we should bring this matter into the picture.
We can bring a change only if we are willing to change. Let's raise our voice and not pollution.
