I petition for the abolition of the road fund licence charged for all vehicles.. most pay some some do not.
The blindingly obvious way to collect this tax is to put it on the price of fuel at the pump. This way ALL vehicle users pay..and they pay proportionate to their usage of the roads. HMG has never tackled or talked about doing this simple thing.
