Hello my name is shaunna davies my My petition is simple why should absent parents get the same rights and not contribute to a childs well-being there are so many people taken to court (like me) who just want to raise their kids and the absent parents pays nothing and doesn't even contribute towards a child but courts dont link payment/commitment to visitation and therefore these people get all the rights but don't put in any effort is that fair?
We agree that absent parents with visitation rights should contribute to a child's well-being.
Absent parents should contribute towards a child and the courts should link payment/commitment to visitation.
