A decision made by a German Civil Court , that I was guilty of a Complaint, and I was liable to pay damages plus legal costs.
The Court did not recognise the fact that I was not a German speaker.
That my reply was late, because I had little understanding of the German language, and that I did not know what the claim was made for.
I was judged guilty without even a Trial. I am not the ownly Foreign Resident in Germany, who has suffered being "punished" without a Trial.
This ignores Basic human rights, respected in most Countries around the World.
When the previous German Parliament, ratified the European charter of Basic Rights, it accepted the fact that under Article 48 Sections One and Two. The presumption of being innocent before being proved Guilty, and the right of defence shall be guaranteed.
Under articles 21 section 1. Language discrimination is prohibited.
Also Germany ratified the 1948, UN Charter of Human Rights.
The present Civil Law System ignores parts of these International binding agreements.
And we request that Members of the German Parliament re-access the Civil Law system and protect the estimated Seven Million Residents of foreign Descent in Germany, from being judged Guilty without a Trial.
