many children are out in homes without full time parenting. if gays can freely adopt foster children it will not only decrease children feeling useless without homes but also make the couple feel as if they have a family as they cannot reproduce.
They should be able to have the opportunity to raise children, it would help them feel more like married couples and reduce the amount of children in custody of DCP (department of child protection).
