For most people, Nixzmary Brown has been stuck in thier memories since we heard about her in early January.
Her death could have been prevented had ACS had all of the proper funding needed.
We need to change the way our Administration For Children's Services handles cases because if we don't, we're just setting the stage for the next Nixzmary tragedy.
We want proper funding For NYC's ACS.
