Freeview should be free in Hospitals

Hospitals in England currently charge ALL patients Approx £8 per day for basic TV, and additional charge for premium channels. I contacted the supplier and they have said that this is a government inisitive. I can understand the premium channel charges. But how can they legally charge for basic TV when freeview is free? They say basic TV is free from 8am to 12pm but then patients who can't afford £8 per day can't even watch freeview after 12pm. We are talking about OAP' s. Terminally ill patients and Children. Please sign my petition to the government to stop of our most vulnerable people from being ripped off
