It is a proven fact that students whose parents are actively involved with their education do better in school.
More and more families have access to computers and internet service weather at home, at the library or family and friends. Online access to assignments and grades are offered at some schools in Hillsborough Co. but not in all.
If they are going to make it available to some schools they need to make it available in all schools. Parents who have easy access to assignments and grades are able to help keep their children on track and their children are more likely to succeed.
We, the undersigned, call on the Hillsborough County School System to put in place Ed-Line or a similar online service at Freedom High School.
This service will enable parents & students to have easy access to assignments and grades. It will also enable parents to help keep students on track and succeed in their education.
