Our Mission Statement: To raise awareness the hardships people with disabilities face while attempting to browse or shop in public businesses that have no wheelchairs accessible for public use. To accept any type of donations that would be able to assist businesses in being able to obtain and provide wheelchairs to the public. As well as any type of donations in which would be useful for the disabled that need help obtaining wheelchairs or other items that have been donated to this cause.

I have been disabled now for 4 yrs and during this time I've had many problems getting around in various public businesses when going alone. I'm unable to get my wheelchair out by myself and when getting inside I realize there aren't any offered to the public.

I think that people fortunate enough to have never been in this position don't realize and many may never until they or a close family member experience these hardships, whether it is in a temporary or permanent situation. I just want to make a difference in some way and try or have more people aware of the many challenges we face.

We need more than a few parking places with spray paint designating parking, more than a sticker on the door showing that they are "handicap accessible".

I am proposing that there be at least 2 wheelchairs available in each public business. I am going to have this cause spread by this petition and donation drives periodically, that any wheelchairs, money, or other items collected can go to businesses that need them available, as well as people that may need items that we have collected and they can't afford. (I'm not asking for a donation,just your signature will show your support)
