Abdolreza Tajik, journalist, National-Religious activist, and member of the Association of Human Rights Defenders was arrested for the third time in the past year.
Kaleme correspondent reports that Tajik is the second member arrested from the Association of Human Rights Defenders. Before him, Narges Mohammadi, Vice President of the Association, was arrested and sent to prison.
Tajik has been working with reformist newspapers Fath, Bonyan, Bahar, and Shargh. Since 2008, Tajik has been banned from travelling out of the country. Tajik was arrested twice before following the results of the 2009 Iranian Presidential election.
he has told his family that his dignity was "violated" on the evening of his arrest by interrogators, and in the presence of Iran's Deputy Attorney General. His family is not willing to elaborate on what the "violation of dignity" means but has requested a meeting with the Head of Iranian Judiciary and Attorney General.
عبدالرضا تاجیک روزنامه نگار و فعال حقوق بشر ایرانی است. وی که با روزنامه‌های اصلاح طلبی همچون فتح، بنیان، بهار و شرق و با کانون مدافعان حقوق بشر همکاری داشته‌است، از سال ۱۳۸۷ و پس از آغاز برخورد گسترده دولت ایران با اعضای این کانون ممنوع الخروج گردیده‌است. پس از انتخابا ت دهمین دوره ریاست جمهوری در ایران 3 بار بازداشت شده است. از 22 خرداد تاکنون در زندان به سر می برد، خانواده این روزنامه‌نگار زندانی با ارسال نامه‌ای به آیت‌الله صادق لاریجانی، رئیس قوه قضاییه گفته‌اند که عبدالرضا تاجیک در جریان ملاقات کابینی که ٢٣ تیر ٨٩ در زندان اوین انجام شده، با «ناراحتی و عصبانیت» از «هتک حرمت» به خود خبر داده و خواهان دیدار با عباس جعفری‌دولت‌آبادی، دادستان تهران و محمد شریف، وکیلش شده است.اما تاکنون پاسخی دریافت نکرده اند

3) We demand the government of Iran to uphold the international laws for human rights as they are a UN member party and a signatory for these laws.
4) We demand the immediate release of all human rights activists and election protesters in Iran.
