The University Entrance exam, is an examination given to Ethiopian students to help them get into universities.
The class of 2020 weren't able to take the exam because of the world wide pandemic. When the number of cases were getting smaller, the education sector revived again and students began preparing for the exam and were awaiting to take the test.
Because of a riot, the government had to enforce peace, and because of these unfortunate circumstances the exam also had to be postponed indefinitely.
Even after peace was restored, the Ministry of Education released a statement saying that the preparations for the exam was still not done. Hearing such statements broke students moral, and the one office that can make this happen said without any remorse that they were never ready to began with.
In addition to multiple postponement and the lack of attention given by the ministry has impacted students psychologically as students have actually wasted a year of their life, and the ministry still doesn't care.
This petition can help students have a voice and by signing this petition you, dear reader, can help amplify their voices so the ministry will be forced to hear it.
This petition is the only way where Ethiopia's grade 12 students can speak and ask those in power - Ministry of Education - what they are doing with our future. Students deserve clarified answers for the following questions.

2.Who exactly is responsible for giving an official statement regarding the exam? Why do different people in different positions in the ministry give statements regarding this delicate issue? Why do we hear biased information about the exam every time? We don't know which information to believe and schedule our time accordingly.
3. With each postponement, students are being challenged mentally and are finding it difficult to prepare for the exam. What exactly does the ministry plan to do about these problems students are facing? What are the plans in place to help students prepare for the exam?
4. Why did the ministry think that this was the right time to bring such a revolutionary change? Was it necessary to make the exam digital during a worldwide pandemic? Students aren't trained properly.
5. Students deserve to know the EXACT date of the examination. This is an important step into the future success of many students and the attention this exam is receiving from the ministry is truly disappointing. In addition to this, students deserve to get at least 3 to 4 weeks' notice to prepare psychologically and revise their core materials.
6. Students in Tigray and Benishangul region also
