Finish Landscaping at 280 Paradelle Dr.

We as homeowners on 280 Paradelle Dr. moved in more than one year ago, and are now into our second summer. We understand that there is a 6 month time frame for landscaping to be completed and yet we have nothing done. We also understand that Queensgate has a legal and moral responsibility to its buyers to insure that all work be done in a timely and reasonable fashion. Last summer we were promised month after month that landscaping would commence.

All summer we put up with the mud, dust, and inconvenience to each and every family. Nothing was done. We are now into the second year and second summer of what has turned out to be a very unacceptable disaster. Again, week after week since the beginning of may, promises have been broken, and there seems to be no end in sight to this very uncomfortable situation.

Our children and pets cannot play outside in the mud and dirt, and instead are shut inside, not being able to live the community life we all bought into and paid big money for. We are not able to enjoy the simple things that everyone takes for granted such as, having family and friends over for a backyard barbecue, the children playing in the yard, opening the doors to let the fresh air through. We are all confined to the inside, without many of the comforts of living in a home. Living in an apartment at this point would seem like a luxury.

Queensgate "must" honor it's responsibility to the homeowners, and start acting in a more professional and responsible way, by considering our right to the comfort of our homes and property, and all that entails. You have forced us into a living situation that has become unacceptable and intolerable, and the situation is discraceful on the part of Queensgate homes. The disregard for homeowners and the comfort of the families is very evident, and it must end now. Your company must show sign of good will by completing work that has been paid for, and which is long overdue.
