Fathers need to be given 50% custody of their children that are born out of wedlock.
History shows that children do better with both parents equally in the childs life.
This would also do away with alienating parents and other common issuses that arrise when only one parent is given ultimate athority over the child.
We, the undersigned, call on the United States Of America to make it law that fathers have 50% custody rights at the moment their child is born out of wedlock.
If custody needs to be changed it should be taken to court to prove the faher unfit.
The birth of a child out of wedlock should not automatically determine the father to be an absent parent.
