Lidl UK are seeking to attaining planning permission to develop the new Regional Distribution Center (RDC) that will service the all Lidl Stores within the region.
The existing RDC in Livingston opened in 1996 and has since received several extensions creating a total warehouse area in excess of 28,000 sq meters. The new RDC, which would boast a total warehouse area of 56,000 sq meters, will open in 2018.
Lidl UK will be holding two community consultation days at Michael Sherry Community Facility, Main Street, Holytown to engage with the local community to discuss our plans for a new Distribution Center. Members of the Lidl teams will be available to discuss our proposals and to field any queries in relation to our proposed development.
We support the development at Livingston to build a Regional Distribution Center.
