It appears the Government have raised the Pension age to 70 for the people of Australia which means you cannot access your pension/superannuation until you reach that age.
HOWEVER, THEY HAVE NOT ENFORCED THE SAME RULE FOR THEMSELVES!!!!! Politicians can access their pension/superannuation at the age of 60. WHY????They don't need to access theirs at an earlier age, they already get huge salaries compared to the average Australian, so why should their need be greater that any other Australian's need???
This petition is to get the Government to stop looking after themselves first and to look after ALL AUSTRALIANS BY ENFORCING THE SAME RULE FOR ALL AUSTRALIANS.
So, either they change the Pension age to 60 for all Australians or remove the ability for politicians to access their pension/superannuation at 60 and make it 70, the same as every other Australian.
We, the undersigned, call upon the Government of Australia to stop looking after themselves first and to look after ALL AUSTRALIANS BY ENFORCING THE SAME RULE FOR ALL AUSTRALIANS.
