Ensure Singapore/Johor Bahru checkpoint counter is fully open during peak hours

Hi Everyone,
In order to support the family better, a lot of Malaysians like us have to travel daily and work in Singapore. We are not only contribute to the development of Singapore but also earning foreign currency for Malaysia.
However, our hard work is not really appreciated. Many of us have to face terrible traffic jams at checkpoints, spend hours in the bus, cars, and in queues to get to immigrations clearance.
The relevant authorities have not done enough to help the daily traveller. The checkpoint counters are not fully open during peak hours. Many counters are not in operation. This prolong the time to clear the immigration and a lot of precious time have been wasted.
We require the checkpoint counter to be fully open during peak hours immediately. While waiting the time-consuming strategy to come in place such as the subway and high speed train.

Tetapi, kesesakan yang teruk sentiasa berlaku di perjalanan pergi dan balik Singapore. Banyak masa emas orang ramai dibazirkan di dalam bus, kerata dan beratur untuk menunggu pemeriksaan imigresen.
Yang amat dikesali adalah bukan semua kaunter pemeriksaan imigresen dibuka semasa waktu sibuk. Ini menyebabkan lebih masa diambil untuk menungu pemeriksaan.
Oleh demikian, kami meminta semua kaunter imigresen dibuka sepenuhnya semasa waktu sibuk.

许多马来西亚的同胞为了养家糊口，每天不畏艰辛越堤工作。为新加坡的发展做出贡献，也为马来西亚赚取外汇。
但我们每天还是面对塞车塞人，耗费数小时在车上，巴士里，排队中，才能到公司或回到家。
我们不苟同的是有关单位于一些关键工作上还没做到位。关卡柜台在高峰时间也都只开放部分，许多柜台形同虚设，让通关时间延长，盗取了大家宝贵的时间。
我们要求关卡柜台在高峰时间全部开启。若能如此那我们也比较甘心的等着，期盼着一些耗时的政策如地铁，高铁在若干年通行后能大幅改善这拥堵的情况。
