Ensure Access to Credit for Illinois Citizens

State Illinois lawmakers have put forth a legislative bill that has provisions that will prevent OppLoans from serving our customers here in Illinois.

We fully support seeking to level the playing field for underserved Illinoisans and to address unfair economic policies. However, the bill would hurt the very citizens it is designed to help.

In fact, this bill will prohibit us from providing loans to you and many other customers who do not qualify for prime credit products, further preventing customers like you from graduating to a better financial path forward.
