According to the USPS Domestic Mail Manual, all persons are entitled to free delivery of their mail.
The Manual also states that if the USPS refuses to deliver mail to a residence, a post office box will be provided at no cost.
We are asking for the enforcement of free mail delivery by the U.S. Postal Service to our residence or provide a post office box free of charge.
