Our children do drills for about everything that possibly could happen while in school but one that is very important and matters as much as the other drills they do to prepare for.
I am asking all parents in the Christiana school district to sign this to demand a drill made immediately to have our children ready in case of a school shooting. Today Dec. 14, 12 and the horrible events that unfolded today should be a wake up call for all of us!!
I as a parent of a child in your school of the Christiana school district is requiring that the district and its board members make immediately a drill for preparing our children in case if they are ever face with a school shooting at their school.
We need one right away and can not wait any more for it. Our children, your students are worth every bit of the extra work in making this drill up that we are asking for. But is our children's safety to the fullest not worth every bit of extra work!
