End sales tax for low and middle class peoples on used vehicles sold in arkansas that's been taxed and collected multiple times. A great example, I purchased a vehicle from car dealer that was repossed a month ago and it was registered and licenced in arkansas and sales tax paid already and sold again and now sales tax must be paid again, this is double taxation!!!!.nothing stops the state from collecting Taxes over and over and over on a used car that's already had taxes paid in some cases several times
We the undersigned,call on the state of arkansas to eliminate or lower the collection of sales tax on used vehicles sold several times and the double and triple tax collection on a used vehicles to help the low and middle class citizens of arkansas afford dependable vehicles.
