Hello people of South Tyneside.

As you all know, a little bit of rain appears to be totally devastating the local area. All of us who are nearing 50 and over will remember the huge drain cleaning machines that frequented our little streets a few years ago. We need to get them back, it's only because these drains aren't cleaned regularly that we are having such big problems.

Just hearing on the news that South Tyneside Hospital is affected this time, this is BAD. Please sign this petition and I'll pass it on to the council.

We the undersigned call on South Tyneside Council to regularly dredge the drains in our area before there is more damage to properties, inevitably causing illness to residents.
