Do Not Deport Gurkha Krishna’s Widow

The reason why I am doing this is because I think the law which is applied to the Gurkhas's widows, is not right, whatsoever. These men had been loyal to UK for so long years, and still if something happens to them, their families have no right to live in UK?! How come this happens?

Is it right that if a Gurkha soldier dies to defend United Kingdom, his family, or widow is neglected the right to stay in the country? Is it fair? I don`t really think so. These women lose their husbands, and as if this is still not enough, they see their rights neglected? Where is justice?

This is the case of Mrs. Uma, who lost his husband, Krishna Dura, while he was serving in Afghanistan. He was killed by a roadside bomb. Colour Sergeant Krishna who was serving in the Second Battalion Royal Gurkha Rifles, lost his life, November, 2008. He was based with his wife, Mrs Uma, and his two daughters in UK, where they were born.Now,despite of Mr. Krishna dying for this country, and these two girls being born in UK, the government wants to deport Mrs. Uma, back to Nepal, where life is poor and not stable. The children are receiving a good education in here,a thing that it`s not possible in Nepal. Where are Human Rights now?
