PETITION
We, the People, as the undersigned, below, attest to be citizens of the United States of America and hereby exercise our constitutional right to petition the U.S. Deputy Attorney General, Hon. Rod J. Rosenstein, to immediately appoint an independent, non-partisan Special Counsel with the explicit power to investigate any and all attempts by Russia ("Russia," to include its officials, agents, intermediaries, liaisons, citizens and any other foreign government officials, agents and citizens) to attack, infiltrate, corrupt, interfere with and/or influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election, as confirmed by the former and present President(s) of the United States, including the collusion or coordination by any U.S. presidential candidate (and by extension any candidate’s employees, associates, supporters, agents, surrogates, intermediaries and relatives, et al.) with Russia (including former member states of the U.S.S.R.) and expeditiously report its findings to the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives’ Intelligence Committee(s), as well as the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives’ Judicial Committee(s), to “include an assessment of whether any crimes were committed” (James B. Comey, Jr., former Director, FBI) in order to restore and preserve the People’s faith in the Office of the President and our American democracy.
