More than half of convicted felons guilty of first-degree murder who are aloud eligibility for parole are recommitted with in two years of being released for recidivism.

My proposal is for the State of South Carolina to remove the eligibility for parole on peoples who have been convicted of premeditated murder and sentenced to a life sentence in jail for the safety of the civilians within the state itself and to minimize trauma to the family of the victim.
