What is being witnessed in the 2020 elections is ABHORENT. Each state has its own laws and they are being changed even right up to days before the election, often in a partisan manner.
Americans MUST have confidence in their voting process which we absolutely do not have at this time. No American should have any problem with a fair election process done in conjunction with the US Constitution. No one would be or should be in opposition to this. This should appeal to ALL Americans.
This petition is directed to the POTUS, VPOTUS, SCOTUS, Members of the Senate, Members of the House, and all Governors.
We the people demand fair elections so that we will have confidence in our leaders and that every state follow the same law... which should be:
1. No mail in votes which have proven to be subject to fraud. - If voting is important, voters will show up. This especially to include no blanket mailing of ballots.
2. Voters roles must be updated. Animals, deceased people and those who have left the state, et al... must be purged from the roles.
3. Voters must show current and valid ID to vote. Signatures shall be verified as well.
4. Only US citizens are eligible to vote. No non citizens or felons are permitted to cast a ballot.
5. Absentee ballots will be accepted from service personal on deployment away from home and handicapped with appropriate doctor certification. Others with valid absences away from their registered voting ward will be accepted with certification.
6. No ballot harvesting.
7. Balloting shall only be done on election day with no early voting or extensions.
8. Polls should remain open from 5AM until 8PM. Those at the polling site by 8PM will still be permitted to cast a ballot.
9. If polling sites have insufficient capacity, they must be expanded or additional wards created to accommodate voters with minimal delay.
10. The casting and counting of ballots will be open to validation officials of any party where close proximity to these procedures is permitted.
11. Discrepancies observed shall cause the flagged ballot to be pulled and inspected with a determination of its validity done by consensus from each party observer.
12. No party or entity shall be discouraged, blocked from, intimidated, disenfranchised, deceived by exit polls or early calling. This applies to every state or federal official, election workers, observers and legal parties.
13. These fair and honest election rules shall manifest themselves permanently included by Amendment to the Constitution.
